NTSOC offers comprehensive Case Management. Our case managers have a vast knowledge of private insurance benefits as well as Medicaid’s waiver programs: Children’s Home and Community Based Services (C-HCBS) and Children Waiver-Autism (CWA). We will assist you in understanding your insurance benefits and obtain services and equipment that your child needs to reach his or her maximum potential.

NTSOC is also the intake Case Management Agency for the C-HCBS & CWA Medicaid waivers for El Paso and Teller counties.

Meet Our Case Managers:

Kristin Moore Waldrop, LPN has been a Case Manager for the Children’s HCBS waiver program since 2003 after receiving her LPN from Pikes Peak Community College. She continued to get a Bachelor’s Degree from UCCS.  She decided on a career in the medical field helping people was the best decision for her. She is married and has one son.  Her strong sense of family makes her take her role in helping families with special needs children to heart.
