NTSOC was founded in 2001 by a parent of a medically fragile child who wanted to ensure their children received Medicaid waivers and that families like theirs could receive proper training and support. This passion led to creating opportunities for parents and caregivers to become CNAs while caring for their loved ones at home.

Since then, NTSOC has grown into a trusted non-profit organization, dedicated to supporting families and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.
